How well do you know AIDS?

In conjunction with the International AIDS Candlelight Memorial Day (which is still in the planning stage..) we have invited another distinguished speaker to talk to us about an issue that is becoming increasingly important for Malaysians to increase their knowledge about.. AIDS.

So, bring your friends and whoever you think might benefit from this (including yourself!) for an hour long session next week to not only learn about the biological aspects of HIV/AIDS, but as well as the polices and issues surrounding it. This is clearly an event that cannot be missed, because we have invited the Honorary Secretary of the Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) Executive Committee, Prof. Madya Dr. Rusli Ismail, to take time off from his busy schedule to educate us.

To those who are interested, please take not that this is open to all Taylors' students, and not just members of the Pre-Med Society. You do not have to be a future doctor to be aware of AIDS, and I am sure that there are many unanswered questions about AIDS that still leave you curious, so why not take this opportunity to clarify your doubts?
