Update: Annual General Meeting

To all members,

Please take note that the venue for our scheduled Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been changed. Below are the new details of the AGM

Date : 2nd February 2012 (Thursday)
Venue : Lecturer Theater 4, Subang Jaya Main Campus
Time : 1st Session : 3.00 pm - 4.00 pm
           2nd Session : 4.00 pm - 5.00 pm
Attendance for new members is compulsory
* the content of each session is the same, you are only required to attend one of the two sessions.

Please take note that members are required to pay a club fee of RM 5.
This is necessary so that we have funds to organize events for your benefits.

Information on Committee Member Application will be provided for potential applicants during the AGM.

An e-mail updating newly registered members has been sent, please check your inbox and junk mail, if you have not received such e-mail, it is highly likely that you have registered the wrong e-mail address with us. To: New Members, Welcome!

Club Recruitment and Orientation Carnival has concluded. Many students have visited our booths and signed up as our members. Here, the Pre-Medical Society Committee would like to welcome our new members. We hope that all of you would actively participate in our future endeavors and gain priceless experience and knowledge in the near future.

As for students who missed the opportunity to sign up with us, fret not. You guys can still sign up via Taylor's Student Portal, in Student Central.

Further updates on our club activities would be posted here in this blog, an e-mail would be sent to you as well. For members who signed up with us today at the booth, e-mails on our latest updates & announcements would be sent to the e-mail address provided to us earlier today. As for members who sign up with us via Taylor's Student Portal, e-mails on our latest updates & announcements would be sent to your Taylor's Student E-mail address.

To all members/ interested students, we will be having our first Annual General Meeting on the 2nd of February, in Lecture Theater 4, Subang Jaya Main Campus. There will be two sessions, 3.00pm - 4.00pm and 4.00pm- 5.00pm. You may choose whichever session that fits your schedule. Do come! Committee Member Positions opportunity awaits!
